Follow the preparation instructions printed on your pack. Store the powder in a cool, dry place, sealed after each use, and keep it away from moisture.
How do I prepare the drink?
Mix the stated quantity of powder with warm water or milk as described on the pack, stirring until smooth. Ingredients and food-safety details are listed on every product page.
Shipping: when will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within the timeline shown at checkout. Courier tracking is available in My Account once your order ships. Delivery times depend on your location.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation from My Account before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return policy applies instead.
What is your return and refund policy?
